All files are now dated and named with your name... For instance, if your name is Susan Smith and you ordered on jan 8th, 2010, then your download link would be http://www.personalized-printables.com/sales/jan/01082010-Susan-Smith.html

Breaking down the website address...
The month you ordered is always 3 small letters - in the above example, "jan"
The date you ordered is always month, day, year - in the above example, "01082010"
Your name is always exactly as you entered it - in the above example, "Susan Smith"
The case of the name is very important... Susan Smith is not the same as susan smith
Also, we only use your first and last name so if you entered Susan Ann Smith, we do not use the middle initial or name.
NOTE: There is always a dash between the date and your name so the complete download address will never have spaces.
NOTE 2: In some cases depending on your time zone, the date I upload may be different than the date you ordered. For instance, if you ordered on the 10th and I uploaded on the 11th, then you will have to use 11 in the address. If the date you ordered did not work, try with the date of the next day.
